We had inherited some antiques from a relative in San Diego and needed them shipped to Va. A friend in San Diego told us about uShip. Mike Garrett's bid was extremely reasonable and he was a pleasure to work with. Items included an antique mirror and two big glass-fronted bookcases with old wavy glass. There was no damage at all to any items. Because this move was being arranged from 3000 miles away, I didn't know that there were more boxes/items than anticipated so brought that up myself in confirming the cost. We settled on an extremely reasonable increase in payment (I don't know how truckers can survive with such high gas prices now!). Very happy with all aspects of the job. Would definitely use uShip again.
