This was my first experience with uShip. The end product (shipping) was excellent.
When I misplaced my communication links with the shipper, I would have preferred to have an easier method to re-connect with them. uShip could improve that for a logged-in user with a "match" or "accepted proposal" already established.
Overall, a good experience.
