Bill did an excellent job of coordinating with the seller & the buyer. The buyer had secured the boat to the trailer as he had in the past. However, Bill wasn't confortable with way it was tied down. So, enroute, he stopped an purchase another tie down strap to complete the trip, on time & with out ensident.
