This story is about two new experiences for me. First, I have never purchased a vehicle from the internet and was somewhat hessitant.Secondly, having never had to secure a transport of such an item was even more of a task. Luckily I found UShip. I had posted the item I needed shipped on another site too and wish I had found UShip first. The other site blasted me with emails,follow-up emails on non-accepted bids,and annoying phone calls to try and get my business.Often times the price was rather high. A lot more than I was willing to spend to haul my new purchase. Now to the good part of this story. Immediatly after posting my information with UShip, I started receiving bids.The majority of them were well within my price range. Some were on a short time schedule for the hauler and I fully understand trying to fill a load already headed my way or trying to pick up a load to fill a blank leg of a trip. I received a bid from Richard Knight of Knight Moves Transport(KNIGHTMOVES4U) and promptly accepted his bid. After a brief phone conversation and an exchange of information for pickup and delivery. He already began to make my shipping experience a pleasant one. Great communication all the way. Richard even told me that he would check out the vehicle and make sure that what I bought was what the seller offered. He said that he would also let me know immediately if he saw any problem with the Dune Buggy. He called me from the pickup location with a positive report and said it was loaded and heading my way. I could not have been more pleased with the UShip process,Richard Knight and the whole experience. I will use UShip for my next shipment and will tell anyone that ask who they should use.
