"Car hauling quick and easy."
shipping from Modesto, California Chaska, Minnesota for $1,052.63
This was my first time buying a classic car to restore sight unseen. I bought a 1936 Buick coupe from an internet posting based on the pictures and conversation s with the owner. I was nervous about the whole deal since the car was in California and I live in Minnesota. The seller was great but I contracted with a large broker to ship the car to me. The broker made promises he did not keep. I had given the seller the pickup date the broker had set. the seller changed his travel plans to accomidate the pickup date for me.
Well you can guess what happened. The broker did not make that date and could not give me a specific date he could move the car. Now the seller was upset and I was worried that my deal for my dream car would fall apart.
I contacted UShip and had Jason's bid to move my car within a couple of hours. Jason included an exact pickup date with his bid. I exchanged a couple of messages with Jason through Uship and decided to contract with him to maove the car.
Jason comunicated with the seller well and arrived on right on time for the pickup. Jason also loaded all of the extra parts I thought I would have to ship selerately and saved me the cost and hassle of that.
Jason delivered the car 2000 miles in 4 days, the other companies had said 7 to 10 days with no garuntees. Jason was within 15 minutes of the arrival time he had given me. I found Jason to be a real "nice guy" that kept his word and did a good job. I had one small issue that Jason took care of with a couple of phone calls from my house.
I am not sure if I will ever need to move a car cross country again but if I do I will call Jason first.
