Starboard has owner/partners and several trucks. One of the owners was passing through my area and took an hour detour to watch his partner put in my shipped 33' Donzi Z-33. I thought that this was exceptional, and shows a huge commitment to the customer's needs.
I saved a ton of money with this service- I figure about $1,300 over a direct freight hire. As it happened, one of their trucks would have been dead-heading south, and because of uShip, he was able to haul on both legs of the trip. He made money, I saved money- a Win/Win for all of us.
