I was planning to tow my 1956 T-Bird from Southern California to North Idaho. However, my truck wasn't big enough, so after the first day, had to come back and start over. My Daughter had used uShip before, so recommended I try this avenue. I went online and within 3 days I found someone to take all three items I was shipping - my 1956 T-Bird on my trailer and a Quad ATV. My father gave me the T-Bird when I was in High School, so aside from the financial loss if anything happened, it has a great deal of sentimental value and would be irreplaceable for me. It was difficult to let go, but Debbie and David empathized with me and said they understood my concern. After a couple of telephone conversations and additional references they were happy to provide, I felt comfortable. When David arrived and I saw how knowledgeable he was with regarding to equipment and planning the trip to minimize the time my car would have to be on the road, I started feeling good about the shipment. The cost was significantly less than if I had rented a truck and towed the vehicle myself. The icing on the cake was that the car was delivered on time and in perfect condition.
