My horse was picked up and delivered sooner than I expected which was great! He arrived looking calm, healthy and happy. I felt he was handled with loving care. Shipper was more than happy to accomodate any special needs and had even offered to pick up the horse earlier than the planned depart date and keep him at her house until the haul date as the pick up contact thought they may have to leave town prior to the set pick up date. That is above and beyond service!
