I recently sold my 1930 Model A in need of restoration to a gentleman in Denmark. The buyer had arranged for shipment from the port in Los Angeles, but I'm 400 miles away in Northern California. After sending the appropriate paperwork to the shipper in Gardena, CA it was time to arrange for transport to Southern California. Having never shipped a car before I googled Auto transport and saw the uship site and logged on thinking "Why not? We'll see what happens". It turns out to be a total "no brainer". I'm getting bids and better yet, I'm getting phone calls to tell me I'm getting bids the first day. The toughest part was choosing my service provider, but I found the perfect guy and the whole experience went off without a hitch. Did I save money? I'm pretty sure I did, but I would use uship again because it was just so darned easy. Good stuff!
