this was a very confusing thing for me to do because i am not good with the computer. Adam walked me thru everything i needed to do and put me at ease about. Just about the time I needed this shipped, my husband got laid off so we had to postpone our shipment for a few weeks. I was worried that my first estimate wouldn't be good still but adam reassured me and everything went exactly as sceduled!!! I was so nervous about it all but really didn't need to be.
