We were shipping a Explorer to a family member who did not have an automobile. They have been going through a lot with the husband making it through cancer. But, they lost a lot during the 2 years of treatments and really needed an automobile. With no work getting an auto is next to impossible, so an opprotunity arrived where we had an auto that we could give them. But, we live in Florida and they were in Texas! Chuck made it possible for us to get them the Explorer to them! He came just as promised and delivered the Explorer as promised! My sister-in-law was so happy and excited! Now they will not have to depend on anyone else for transportation!
He even passed on a message for me, which I figured he would have forgotten by the time he got there. I ask him to tell her that "We love them and to enjoy the Explorer!" Did really expect him to remember, but he did!
Chuck was AWESOME! And if we ever need to ship anything he is who we will use! Again Thanks Chuck!
