I was very lucky in the fact that my wife bought me a Porsche Boxster for my 40th Birthday, we found it on EBay and the car was in Florida. We purchased it and asked the car dealer to store the car until we arrived two months later. While in Florida on a family holiday I was able to enjoy the Boxster for 2 weeks. I wasn't sure how to ship the car home to Canada and I began searching the internet, there are a lot of different shippers out there but most of them are just brokers and they find a truck to take your car home, so you never actually talked to the carrier. I was not wanting to ship my Birthday gift with just anyone and I was going to drive it home myself (I did not want to have that long drive, 36 hours) when I found Uship. I placed a request and had many replies, but the feedback from other Uship clients was not the greatest. Then I received one from CarsToFlorida asking if I would look at a driveaway, well I figured why not, I was going to drive it anyways. Well I am so glad I looked at them, Darren was the most considerate and professional person I have talked to in a long time, he offered as part of his service to bring the car thru the Canadian border and help with the paperwork. This was such a relief for me. After hiring him, my wife asked me if I was nervous about giving this expensive car to a stranger, well after the many phone and email conversations with Darren, my mind was put to ease. Darren arrived and picked up the vehicle as promised, he took care of the car as if it was his own, and when the water pump malfunctioned, his quick thinking saved me from an even more expensive repair. Then he continued on the trip as promised and delivered my car as promised. I would hire Darren again in a heart beat, I would pay him up front if that is what he wanted, because everything he promised me, he delivered with a smile and a hand shake. I would not hesitate in recommending CarsToFlorida to even my own Mother. This is how much faith I have in Darren.
