I hate moving, especially the packing part of moving. Bob and his lovely wife made sure that all of my boxes were stashed safely in his van, and they wrapped my furniture and other items so that they arrived with nary a scratch. He was also just a pleasant guy to interact with. Due to a snag with another client and payment, he was not able to deliver on the expected date, but he called and notified me of this, and rescheduled and showed up at the break of dawn -- which is what you need to do to find parking in one of the most cramped, crowded areas of NYC! This experience made the move much more stress-free than it would have otherwise been. Thanks!
