I have a customer in Vegas and have not used uship before, so I was a little apprehensive on sending a new model of pwc out of town. I was quoted a bid of x dollars and I quoted what my customer and I agreed to, which was over his bid. I explained to him the deal, and he was reluctant to accept at the higher bid. When he arrived, we had a little trouble with the loading, and I heard the unload was tricky as well, but he was extremely helpful and friendly, as well as prompt and professional, with updates along the way. Because of him, I will use uship again.
