TQuercia(tom and sue) team of 2 and they both work just as hard as the other. very polite, stays in touch before all the way to the end via phone and or emails. offer copy of ins upon arrival. they were delayed and offered to lay over and meet in the am at there expense. i said come on so you can keep running and they did. it all worked perfect. see if both parties work together you get a little more in the end. remember folks things happen and some people are long winded causing your shipper to fall behind, anything can happen on the road, so allow time for this and work with your shipper if you want great service.
