The first time I matched to ship my piano, I contacted the carrier to confirm credentials as mentioned on the uship website. His credentials were not valid and I was able to communicate with a previous shipper who had used him and was not happy. I immediately cancelled and uship was quick to refund my deposit. When I relisted, I made sure my second shipper had lots of positive feedback (100%) and had done a large number of shipments with uship. This time everything went smoothly and I received my piano in perfect condition and very quickly! After researching ways to ship my piano, uship definately was the best solution.
