I was shipping my 12week old 3lb pug puppy to my parents in California leaving from here in the midwest. My service provider George from the start was excellent with the communication from day one even before putting a bid in. The whole time we were setting up the shipment all the way to the delivery he was very communicative to both myself and my mother who was waiting for her arrival. He would just call to let us know how she was doing, eating, sleeping and playing. My mom absolutely enjoyed meeting him as did I, he was wonderful, I can't say enough good stuff about him and the whole process. The price was better than I could ask for and with everywhere I searched it was great.
