Mike was great. This was my first time arranging shipping of an item on my own and Mike was great. He stepped me through it and answered all my questions. My table arrived in perfect condition - even the people in Cleveland commented on the care Mike took in packaging my table for shipping. I will not hesitate the next time I see an item I am interested in that does not include shipping.
