I feel the shipper went beyond 100%. When he arrived at the pick-up, the motor was in very bad shape, worse than the seller decribed. The shipper called me and made sure that I was going to be happy receiving the motor. He described the damage and wanted to make sure I wanted to go ahead and take the motor. He was there when he said he was going to be and was very helpfull in delivering. You wont find a better shipper. He is a very nice person to boot, thanks again.
