This was our first time utilizing this service. We were shipping my older sons dog from Philly to just north of Kansas City. We were very concerned about getting someone who would treat Tyson, our dog, just as we would. Our fears were unfounded. Stan was beyond our expectations. He communicated prior to the move and set our expectations, met his pick up time and showed genuine care for our dog. He recognized that our 12 yr old son was distraugt over Tyson leaving. He had been with us for about a year as my older son was finisnhing college. Stand called each day of the move and updated us and my younger son as to how well he and Tyson were getting along and how special Tyson was. Eveidentally Tyson ended up spending the night with Stan in his hotel room laying at the foot of his bed being the great protector he is. At the conclusion of the move Stan had my older son contact us while Stan was still there to inform us that he had received Tyson and Stan asked my older son to let my younger son know that Tyson was in great spitits and very happy to be back with him. My daughter rescues animals and I have told her that any moves she makes in the future should be done through Stan. He's the best!!!!
