After booking the shipping with these guys, I found out our vehicle was not where we were originally told, but some 200 mile further away. They were able to reschedule this.
Then I found out that the vehicle was not ready to be released, again, they were able to reschedule and get our vehicle transported and still meet a deadline on the drop off end.
