This retractable awning was very long and large in a huge cardboard tube. Came from Oregon to California where it is more needed because of so much sunshine. Scott was my service provider and they did a great job picking it up exactly when they said they would, and delivering it to Ca. the very next day. What great service! Plus, he had the best bid! I would definitely use u-ship again and recommend it and Scott to others.
