I had my couch shipped from Boston to Maryland and used uShip. The mover arrived at the location in Boston to pick up my couch. It was all set to go, except one of the throw pillows was missing. They knew it was in the house but nobody could find it. The mover waited and waited while 4 people searched the entire house for the pillow. They never found it, but he waited patiently for them to search. So, now I have a couch with only one throw pillow. But, the mover was great, very friendly and professional.
