gary called me and told me when he would pick up my part, he called the seller of the item (when i provided contact info) to arrange pick-up, he was ultra flexible, very polite and professional, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. he offered to deliver to my door, a mutual place, or whatever made it easy on me - i'm just grateful!
he placed a bid on my offer and never complained or haggled - just awesome!
