I actually had a vehicle shipped from WA state to me in Ohio this year using a larger firm (absolute nightmare) and decided to never go that route again... I vowed to never do that again - so this time when I needed a vehicle shipped (from KY to OH) I checked uShip again...and I am so GLAD that I did. He made sure that I was happy with the delivery before he left my driveway. I appreciated his commitment to service and to a job well done. In my experience in the vehicle shipping business this isn't always the attitude and I feel confident that with his approach to dealing with his customers in such an excellent way, Jason will be a great asset to the transport industry.
