Hank and Will couldn't have made this easier -- they initiated contact followed up on all questions, arranged the pick up and delivery incredibly quickly, called from en route to let me know exactly when the bike would arrive and got it to me in excellent shape. Not to mention they're both incredibly nice and professional to work with.
