I needed help getting my Grandma's couch from Colorado to central Illinois. ELS made me a very reasonable bid, and very generously worked around the schedule of an Aunt, and a cousin, and two locations to get the couch picked up. He kept me informed from the pickup, throughout the trip, to the dropoff, and when my beautiful pink couch arrived it was in perfect condition. Couldn't have been better!!!!!
