Brian had bid on a shipment which I had posted on uShip from England. The item concerned was a Porsche RSR with unique race history. Because I had to organise shipment from the UK at some stage I just had to trust Brian on the back of the feedback he got on this website. That was clearly a leap of faith as I was a first time user of the site and had never met and would never meet Brian in person. Initially this felt quite remote as all one would get is an email. Once on the phone with him the first time I had a hard time trusting him as he just came across that bid too polished and nice. But during the course of communicating with him about the chain of shippers involved to get the car to the UK it was his reliability in responding in a timely manner which got my confidence. And he really followed through by picking the car up in a very timely manner and dropping it at the place with no undue delays (except that a snow storm got in the way of the truck and there was a moment of angst) when the driver didn't turn up as predicted. A few phone calls with Brian and to the driver and everything was in safe hands. Overall a very reliable and trustworthy guy. Thanks Brian
