My name is Tim, and I am a disabled Iraqi War Veteran. Through the U.S. Military Vets M/C of Alabama, I spend my spare time trying to raise money to help disabled Vets returning from the war and their families. A motorcycle was donated to me to sell on ebay to raise money for this cause. A gentleman in California bought the bike, as it turned out, to encourage a wounded vet to get up and ride again. While trying to keep shipping expenses low, I tried uShip for the first time. I'm so glad I did. That's where I met Freedom Bike and Trike. They answered the call of duty, giving me a price that was nearly half that of his Nationwide competitors. I immediately accepted the deal. It was a perfect match. That is, until a family emergency took me out of town during the time of the scheduled pick up. But that was no problem for Freedom Bike and Trike. With one quick phone call to a neighbor, they still picked the bike up on time and it was on it's way to the west coast. Then, to make a good situation even better, the new owner called me and said he loved the bike and everything was perfect. He called me two days BEFORE the bike was scheduled to be delivered. Freedom Bike and Trike had made the delivery earlier than what was required, and the new owner couldn't be happier! So even though I was out of town and had nothing to do with it, Freedom Bike and Trike and uShip made me look like a hero to a stranger across the country. I've never shipped anything like this before, and was very nervous about doing it. But after using uShip, and the great service I got from Freedom Bike and Trike, I feel like a pro!
