Although my shipment arrived safely, there were difficulties communicating (unknowingly, on my end). I didn't realize that the reason I wasn't receiving messages was because they were being sent to my work email address which was rejecting the messages due to security protocols.
The lack of communication made the delivery impossible to schedule for the shipper and made me feel that my things were lost.
I highly recommend using UShip and TouringLogistics, but don't email from work!
