After recently purchasing a summer home in Alaska, I purchased a Toyota to use and leave there. I had used shippers for various vehicles, ie: 3 motorcycles with very little satisfaction and I saw UShip via my computer browser. Within 3 days of posting my request, I had a match from USHIP. Bob picked up my vehicle 2 months later and drove it to Alaska. He honored our aggreement even though the price of gas increased during the interim. He picked up the vehicle as he said he would, when he said he would, something no other company had done. He even offered to pick me up at the airport in my vehicle when I arrived. If it had not been raining, he had planned to wash the car and apologised for not having done so. We kept in touch during the whole time via email or telephone, and by the time it was over, I felt like a friend had delivered my car. He even followed up with me by email afterwards to insure I had no problems. This was wonderful to have such personal service after working with 3 other shippers that I had to beg and plead them to do as they said they would, plus I didn't receive those vehicles for over 1 month. I arranged one motorcycle for a young man who had to make his second monthly payment on a Harley before he ever saw the bike in person. I strongly recommend Bob and USHIP.
