I adopted a mare rescued by AnotherChance4Horses in PA and had her shipped to FL. I listed my request for shipping on uship and Patrick Dotson Transport met my bid. I also listed my shipping request universally on the Internet and received about 12 responses. All were higher than Dotson Transport, some were outrageously so.
Good luck was on my side, because Dotson Transport was already coming down to FL for two other horses and could therefore offer me a good price. In addition, the shipping date was within a few days instead of having to wait several weeks. The driver was courteous and expeditious and took great care of the horse.
The mare arrived on time and in great condition. I would definitely recommend Patrick Dotson Transport. If I have to ship a horse again, I will, of course, list it on uship again!
