The item shipped was a 37 Ford streetrod which I needed to get from California to Pennsylvania. Bill from Choppers Transport bid on the move thru USHIP, and I accepted his bid. Quote was in line with others I had received so I gave him the bid. Bill and I both questioned USHIP's policies and the inability for us to contact them. While placing the bid and accepting it seemed easy, USHIP's part was non-existent. I believe they need to address their part in the whole process and be there if needed. Help these transporters instead of turning their back on them. I feel lucky Bill was as consciencious as he was.
