Sure wish the UPS and the FEDEX's would learn from them. Always get the feeling that for these mega companies the customer comes last. Have not had to do a UPS or FEDEX shipment where they have not put forth a condition first. The feedback for bad shipment has been bad. Wonder how they got around to becoming big. The postal service has been doing a six fold better service.
