I shipped a gooseneck trailer from PA to jackson, ms. The original trip ended up with misinformation from me about the exact hitch type and the tranporter drove all the way back to jackson picked up a different vehicle in his arsenal and drove back to pa for a minimal cost to me in a situation that could have cost me a fortune. I greatly appreciate all of Bob's help and look forward to a situation where I might need him.
