We were shipping 5,000 lbs of new books (3&1/2 pallets) from the east coast to the west coast. the entire shipment arrived on time and in perfect condition. Not a single book (over 3,000) was damaged.
The price was 65% less then our first several quotes, despite the cost of fuel. I couldn't be more pleased.
