I was very skeptical of the process. Was nervous to "accept bid", without actually talking to the shipper, thinking my cc was going to get charged the full amount and not having an easy way to get a refund - always thinking the worst. The process is incredibly simple and incredibly safe. Scrappy's was absolutely awesome from the start. He is a very careful shipper who truly believes in customer service. We communicated through the whole process with no troubles at all. I cannot say enough good stuff about UShip and Scrappys. UShip, thanks for putting us together.
