After having nothing but problems with a previous shipper, I decided that I would go myself to pick up my bike in New York. Well guess what, my prince came by way of a 1 ton Dodge truck! Not only did he make me an offer I could not resist (I am talking about the price), but he was punctual at both the receiving as well as the drop off ends.
Did I mention that he also would call to let me know that the shipment was picked up and how all was going so far. I also received an e-mail from his wife letting me know his whereabouts and that she would relay any messages for me.
That is didication, that is courteous, that is respect, and that is the way business should be run. You can call it "old fashioned". I call it "repeat business". My u-ship experience started out rough, but, this gentleman made it worth it.
