DanTheTaxMan was great. He shipped my Suzuki DR650 from TN to FL cheaper then I could have gone to get it myself. I was thinking weeks. Dan was thinking days. I'd use him again in a heartbeat! Totally hassle free and painless. I will tell others about this guy and uShip. I got some ridiculous quotes early on and was thinking that I would have my girlfriend drive me up to TN to pick up my sweet new ride but as a fishing guide in tarpon season, to miss a day or two would be costly. Then I get this extremely reasonable quote from DanTheTaxMan. I was a little skeptical at first but after we shot a few emails back and forth and a phone call or two, I was very comfortable with the guy. He strapped my bike in good and snug and the next thing I knew he was here at the house with it. I invited him to hang with me and have something cold to drink but Dan said that he needed to get back up the road. I gave him a tip because I was so happy with him and being a fishing guide I know how it feels to be tipped for a job well done. I had never heard of uShip until a friend mentioned them to me just as I bought my new Suzuki. After this experience with them I can give them a thumbs up rating. uShip was really easy to use. You post your item that you want shipped and then wait for the quotes to roll in. You might get some laughably high ones like I did at first but don't let that worry you. Just wait for the good guys to show up. You will find the best deal to be had and from what I see, the independent guys are better then the big outfits. I got this bike shipped for 60% less then a big outfit that I had used before quoted me. I will always use uShip from here on. I think I will end my rant here and go ride my Suzuki.
