Was very responsive in answering my questions during the bidding, and then kept me fully informed via phone and email throughout the pickup and transport process. Boat arrived in perfect shape. They were also the low bidder (not counting a couple of odd-ball low bids that cancelled their bids right after making them). I would definitely use them again if I have anything large to ship across country.
