I had a desk to ship that is quite heavy. I took longer than expected to find someone to help take the piece out of my house, and Ernest was patient and did not complain. He picked up the desk on Monday evening, and it was delivered to a family member (over 7 hours drive) the next evening.
I probably paid a little more than some owuld, but I would gladly pay it again for this service.
