We purchased a car over eBay about 4 weeks ago. I began searching google to find a company to haul the car from TX to AR. After a couple days of endless quotes I basically hit the middle of the road and picked a company. Signed the contract and waited...and waited... and waited some more. I thought the car was going to be delivered before my son's graduation, which is what this company had promised me. (Riiiiiiiight) They pretty much lowballed me just to get a signed contract which tied the car up for 2 weeks. They called at one point saying they had found a hauler for it but it was gonna cost me another $100 AND we would have to drive 100 miles to meet them to get the car. (My contract was for door-to-door shipment) I was furious and said no way. A few hours before the contract with that company expired I started searching on google for a hot-shot to move the car. Thank God, I stumbled on Uship. I quickly posted a listing and began receiving bids. They were all close enough to the price I had in mind so I chose TrueNorth and I have never been more pleased with any kind of service provider in my life. Rick was GREAT! He picked the car up the evening we settled the deal and safely delivered it to us the following day. He was very nice and professional and stayed in contact the entire trip. His equipement is top-notch and he is just simply a pleasure to deal with. Even though the car did not make it before the graduation, my son is still happy with it. I will be using Uship again and I will "beg" Rick to haul for me if he is anywhere in my area of transport. He knows how to just plain be nice! I will be spreading the good word for Uship to everyone I know. What a fantastic website and a great group of people! Thank You all.......
