"Bittersweet Experience Shipping my Boat"

I've had a bittersweet experience with uShip. The first shipper I contracted (shipit1) did not pick up my boat and to this day has not returned my $700 deposit. I must now take legal action. uShip has provided very little timely assistance with this matter, but has been quick to remind me that uShip is not ultimately responsible. The second person I contracted ("boats") picked my boat up, delivered it promptly and safely as promissed. Overall, uShip provides a good service, but could do better helping their customers when they get ripped-off by shippers hooked-up by uShip. I might still use uShip in the future.
