Tom did a great job with my Kawasaki Ninja. I sat there and watched and talked to the guy as he strapped my bike down. trust me the bike wasn't going anywhere!!! He was a very nice guy and he brought my bike to me quick and just the way i gave it to him. I had no problems whatsoever getting a hold of him and he wasn't shy about calling me about times and delays. This guy was just a great way to go and i highly recommend him to everybody. thanks tom
