My dad gave me his 1982 Honda Goldwing, which he has had for many years. It really meant alot to him for me to have it. The only problem was getting it to my home in Washington from Indiana. I had my bike listed on uship for a while waiting for a fair bid. I got a few but none quite low enough for my taste, so I started requesting bids from shippers in my area who had good feedback ratings. Tim from strictlybusiness placed a fair bid and I gladly accepted. He was very good at keeping in touch with me every step of the way even before he picked up my bike enabling me to tell my dad exactly when to expect him in Indiana, which my dad really appriciated because he wanted to be there to help load his much cherished bike. My dad called me as soon as he loaded my bike up and told me how much he liked Tim and felt good knowing my bike was in good hands. Tim kept in touch the whole trip cross country. Tim took care of my bike as if it were his own, taking no chances of damage, Tim pulled over at one point during high winds because his truck was getting blown around so much. He said he would rather pull over than risk damaging his cargo. I had to work the day Tim got to town with my bike and he agreed to drop my bike off where I worked at no extra cost to me. Now that is awesome customer service! When Tim opened up the door to his truck I was very impressed my how neat and secure all the items in his truck were, including double layers of blankets on my bike. He unloaded my 800 lb bike with ease and knew exactly what he was doing. Tim is the best in my book. Thanks Tim for bringing me my precious gift from my dad! -Donnie
