"Great ending for a 1st timer"

This was my 1st experience with U-Ship & I have to admit I was a little nervous. I had a couple of bids & excepted a bid from Chuck AKA - pacecarnut. We had several delays throughout the transaction & I was getting pretty nervous due mostly to my negligence & not asking enough questions after the bid was accepted & when I contacted the shipper. I highly recommend asking for insurance info. if your going to require the service provider to carry it on your item to be shipped & also get several #'s to contact the shipper if needed. My service provider (Chuck) had several problems on the way to deliver my bikes & when he arrived he showed me the blown tire & receipts for truck repairs. Next time I won't even call him unless there's an emergency. Great job pacecarnut. Uship's customer service was very helpful throughout the entire process & followed up on my concerns in a timely manner thanks to Jessica Farver @ Uship & the great delivery service provided by Chuck & Son this is the 1st place I will look to have my goods delivered. Do your homework first before you accept a bid & don't stress over it, these guys work hard & they don't need the stress either.
