"Excellent way to ship my trailer"

I had a sail boat trailer built in the LA area and then had to get it back to Iowa. I needed the trailer to transport a boat I purchased in Florida. I had no idea how to get the trailer back here other than take a week to go get it. That would have cost me a week of vacation and I would have had to drive over the mountains in Colorado twice. I didn't want to chance getting caught in a spring storm so I looked for alternatives and found uShip. I listed my needs and immediately received 5 bids. Kraig Church submitted a bid as he was in San Diego having just delivered a boat from Maine. He was looking for a load coming back east. He is in the boat business in Maine, had adequate insurance and was ready to go. We made a deal and I got my trailer to Iowa for a lot less than it would have cost me to go get it. I didn't have to drive through the mountains twice either. I will definitely use uShip again.
