In February 2006 we had just taken a dream job in Mexico. We began driving from Florida to Baja, Mexico when we hit ice over a bridge just out of San Antonio, Texas. Our truck was totaled but the insurance company said that they would fix the 5th Wheel. Now What?? We needed to get on down to Mexico so we bought another truck, left the 5th wheel for insurance to take care of and in 3 days we were back on the road. After many phone calls with the insurane company, Evergreen RV in San Antonio was the company that would fix the RV. They were great and let us keep it there long after it was complete, we had lost the tow vechile and had no way to get it anywhere! In December we bought a house in Arizona but were still working in Mexico. In February of 2007 we began thinking of how we could get the RV to Arizona. Just by chance I found U SHIP and began pushing buttons and filling out the form to have a total stranger fill a real need for us. Within 10 minutes I was contacted by Doug the driver that I hired to deliver my 5th wheel. Wow, I decided that this is what we would do, and things moved along very fast after that. Doug was so helpful, sent emails to me, contacted Evergreen RV on the pickup and also contacted the delivery location. There was not a minute I was left in the dark about this whole process. What a great business you have created for drivers as well as shippers. I will continue to tell others of what a great experience this was. We also plan to use Doug again the next time we need to take our 5th somewhere when we can't. Thanks U SHIP
