Things started off very positive when Mark offered to check out the printer I bought before he crated it up to ship to me. It was scratched while getting it out of a basement in New Jersey, and Mark notified me immediately and took care of it without a fuss. His years of experience shows in the care he takes with shipments. The crate he built around my printer was incredibly strong. Mark is a man of integrity & good character.
