I was getting a car shipped from Calgary to Edmonton, I was worried about getting the car picked up and dropped off within the times the previous owner would be around, Steve was VERY accommodating, and promised he would get the car to me the same day. No other provider could do that...it was great, Ill be smiling for quite a while now thanks again,
